Physical NFC placards and cards, programmed with the Google review link you supply, then shipped to you or installed in person. Every price is one-time — no subscription, no monthly fee, no charge per review, no charge per tap. The hardware is yours.
Your Google Business Profile's "Ask for reviews" link (or your business name so I can help you find it), and an address. I will never ask for your Google password or any account access — anyone who does while claiming to be me is not me.
I don't write reviews, buy reviews, or filter out bad ones. The placard makes it easy for your real customers to say what they actually think. Your rating stays yours: I can't promise you five stars, and I'd walk away from anyone who does.
Orders usually ship, or get installed, within a few days of your review link arriving. If something holds an order up, I'll tell you rather than go quiet.
Cancellations before fulfilment, out-of-area installs, damaged arrivals, dead chips and link changes are all covered — the specifics live on the refunds page and they're part of these terms.
Buy anything once and future Spindola Software services are 50% off for as long as I run the business. Add-on placards and wallet cards are already discounted, so the 50% doesn't stack on top of those.
If a product is defective, I fix or replace it, or refund what you paid — that's the promise, and it's also the ceiling: I'm not liable beyond the amount of your order, and I can't be responsible for what customers write in reviews or for decisions Google makes about your profile. These terms are governed by California law. If I update them, the date at the top changes and the old promises still apply to orders already placed.
